Major Responsibilities:

• Provision of Patient Care
• Patient Assessment
• Documentation
• Daily Operations

Licensure:

• Illinois Department of Professional Regulation Licensure:
  • Physical Therapist OR
  • Occupational Therapist OR
  • Speech Language Pathologist

Education/Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in PT/OT/SLP Therapy or above from an accredited school.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Competent in a variety of diagnostic and treatment techniques
• Recognizes needs and behaviors of specific age groups of patients treated

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• May be exposed to hazardous materials and life-threatening diseases
• Direct contact with body fluids
• Pushing, pulling, lifting, and transferring patients
• Ability to assist, escort, transfer, and respond to patient needs for extended periods of time
