Most employers looking to diversify their workforce find LatPro's annual series of job fairs is an exciting experience. Our job fairs are one-of-a-kind with higher education levels and better candidate preparedness and event organization than you may regularly experience.

In addition to gaining easy access to a large pool of qualified candidates, recruiters also have the opportunity to increase brand awareness for their companies and to network with representatives from other companies in their industry. Moreover, our bilingual job fairs are cost effective, saving companies’ time and money in their search for professional and diverse employees. Recruiters gain access to a ready pool of traditional (as well as non-traditional) candidates while bypassing the lengthy, and often ineffective, process of advertising on minority association job boards, and through special interest media outlets.
