An online list of processing times for District Offices, Service Centers and the National Benefits Center has been made available by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. A list if times was compiled by the American Immigration Lawyers Association, but are not considered official USCIS processing times and the accuracy cannot be verified.

Premium Processing Now Available for EB-3 Visas

Effective August 28, 2006,U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will accept Premium Processing Service for certain EB-3 immigrant visa applications. If the premium processing fee of $1,000 is paid, cases will be processed in 15 calendar days. This includes petitions involving two employment-based immigration “categories” within the third employment-based preference.
