LatPro Sales Director Rob Steward was interviewed by The News Journal of Wilmington, Delaware for a recent article about the growing demand for bilingual employees, especially those with Spanish language skills.

Excerpt:

Job candidates -- especially in the sales, marketing, management, health care and technology sectors -- who are fully bilingual stand out more, said Rob Steward, sales director for the Florida-based LatPro, a diversity job board for Hispanic and bilingual workers. "It gives them a better chance of being hired," he said. "Assuming everything else is equal, it's definitely a plus."
