About 10 years after creating a Web site to serve Hispanic and bilingual job candidates, LatPro has launched DiversityJobs.com , which helps minority job candidates find work with diversity-conscious companies.

The site, which is a job search engine dedicated to diverse job seekers, has job listings from more than 30 job boards. Visitors to the two-week-old enterprise can view positions from a variety of top employers, including many who consistently gain recognition as top companies for diversity such as Disney, Prudential Financial, Toyota, Merck & Co. and Kaiser Permanente.
