Our goal is to generate recruiter interest in you. When there is interest, it is common for recruiters to ask for a formal version of your resume. If this is the case, you may need to fax or e-mail a copy of your formal resume such as a Microsoft Word document to them so that they have either more detail and/or a more aesthetic layout. Typically this hard copy is then presented to the hiring manager.
