The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, a division of the Department of Homeland Security, is in charge of administering the U.S. Citizenship Civics exam. The U.S. Citizenship Study Guide was built to help applicants study and prepare for the U.S. citizenship test. The Study Guide is written in plain English in order to make the content more easily understood for people speaking English as a second language.
