What happens if a recruiter is interested in me?
When you apply to a position your resume is sent to a recruiter's e-mail and to their LatPro "in-box".
If they are interested in their resume they can decide to contact you via the information you have chosen to have visible. Even if you have chosen not to reveal any personal information (phone, name, e-mail) they can still contact you by sending an e-mail through LatPro's server to you (they never see your e-mail address). With the additional information they provide you can determine if you wish to provide your contact data. If you've elected to display your phone number or e-mail the recrutier may contact you directly this way.
Once you've been put in contact LatPro does not act as an intermediary. We do not setup interviews or negotiate on either behalf. Please also be careful to investigate companies you will be interviewing with, we do personally screen every new recruiter - but there are some unscrupulous purveyors of "schemes" that present themselves fraudulently and abuse the system.
Good luck, and we hope to hear your success stories! Send them to success@latpro.com.
