Think of the resumes as "folders" for your language versions. For example, one resume might be tailored to marketing positions and another to sales. Each of these two resumes can have 3 language versions.

Each resume can have three language versions (English / Spanish / Portuguese). When you apply to a job you will get to choose which resume, and which language to send your resume in. Each job listing will specify the languages that the recruiter is accepting resumes.
