We posted the job with LatPro and immediately received many resumes. I would say that about five of the 30-40 resumes I received, we called in for an interview. We met Cristal D. and not only were her bi-lingual skills impeccable but she knew a lot about our industry (music) and we offered her the job the same day she interviewed.
