The mission of the USHLI Conference has been and continues to be to train a broad cross section of Hispanic leaders by promoting education and unity, providing opportunities for advanced leadership skills development, and creating a new generation of servant leaders based on the values of cultural
pride, integrity, and empowerment.

Our 25th annual conference is expected to attract over 6,000 participants representing hundreds of cities in 40 states and approximately 1,000 affiliated groups and organizations.

For a quarter century USHLI conferences have served to inspire, train, transform and empower tens of thousands of present leaders and even more future leaders. USHLI alumni are now providing effective leadership within their respective spheres of influence including politics, government, labor, community based organizations, academia, media, business, Corporate America, and clergy. Our 25th annual conference will reunite heroes, honorees, scholarship and internship recipients, and thousands more who have witnessed and experienced this phenomenal event.
