Indianapolis and Vermont among states to see Hispanic population growth
Several states in the US that have not been traditionally considered as diverse populations have seen a shift toward diversity in the 2010 census. The state of Indiana experienced an overall growth of 6.6% from 2000 to 2010 with a 55% increase in the number of Hispanics in the state. 43% of the statewide growth was from the Hispanic population. more »
