Description The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating pediatric and select adult patients for physical therapy as a result of injury or disease; administering treatment, fabricating or recommending adaptive equipment and splints; documenting evaluation results or patient progress, and providing patient and family education. Demonstrates competence defined (*) in Staff Physical Therapist responsibilities in providing age-appropriate care and services to patients from the age of birth to 21 years, and selected adult patients. Requirements Bachelor of Science degree in physical therapy; State of Ohio licensure; Previous physical therapy work experience in a pediatric setting preferred or clinical affiliation in the area of pediatrics. 2-3 years of outpatient sports and orthopedic experience preferred. Patients will be ages 6-21 in an outpatient orthopedic setting. PAYRATE IS FIXED: $36.975
