We are currently seeking a Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) Community / Property Manager for one of our South Atlanta, GA properties.
The Community Manager is responsible for 'owning' the community and ensuring a positive experience for our residents by successfully managing all aspects of the day to day community operations, including, but not limited to marketing, sales, budgeting & reporting, property management, customer service, maintenance and administrative activities. The Community Manager is also responsible for:
Build and manage a community team: hire, train, supervise, mentor, evaluate, sales, office and maintenance staff as necessary.
Responsible for the sales and leasing activity for the community, including, generating and following up on leads, meeting future residents and making sales presentations.
Manage lot, home and rental inventory, conduct extensive market surveys and provide input on rent increases and sales prices of homes.
Collect rents, utility bill assessments, and handle delinquent accounts.
Supervise and monitor outside contractors working on property.
Organize and execute community events and ensure a positive tenant experience and excellent community relations.

Requirements
Ideal candidate is bi-lingual and has previous property management experience in an environment requiring extensive attention related to resident relations, community appearance, budgeting as well as identifying issues and implementing necessary changes, policies and procedures.
Minimum 3 years of property management experience.
1-3 years of sales experience.
Experience managing and leading a team.
Excellent computer skills as well as experience with office procedures, financial budgeting, and reporting processes and systems.
Strong problem solving skills.
Must have a positive 'can-do' attitude with excellent customer service skills.
Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work weekends.
