This position provides sales and technical support to members of the Verint CALA sales team, integrators, and end-users with a focus on Brazil. Pre-sales support may include product capability assessment, development of product specifications and applications, and participation in sales presentations or demonstrations. The position assists sales staff in assessing potential application of our networked digital recording and actionable intelligence solutions to meet customer needs and prepares detailed product specifications. It may be responsible for implementing detailed customer installation requirements or providing follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications to members of Verint's customer service team, sales team, and/or the customer’s employees. Post-sales support may include on-site installation and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to have full home office functionality, be able to prioritize and multi-task, and travel.
Responsibilities:
• Identify customer needs and work with the Verint sales team, integrators, and/or customers to provide the right solution for end-user's businesses.
• Assist Verint sales team in building solutions that will meet customer needs; provide detailed product specifications.
• Provide technical assistance to the Verint sales team, integrators and/or end-users to ensure quality system designs.
• Provide follow-up support in disseminating technical information on specific applications to other departments.
• Provide on-site technical support, including solution implementation and troubleshooting, as directed.
• Work closely with Verint Product Management and Development teams to become familiar with upcoming product offerings in order to arm sales force with technical knowledge on current and future products.
