PartyLite Gifts is a leading direct selling company that specializes in candles and home decor sold via the home party plan. We are seeking several Area Development Managers for Ca. FL and NY.
The area development manager is accountable for generating and maintaining growth in consultant count in his/her assigned area of responsibility. In addition, she (he) is required to work in conjunction with consultants and field Leaders that she/he comes in contact with on a daily basis to develop the Latino market.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Increase the number of consultants by achieving the agreed to sponsoring goals in the area of responsibility on a monthly basis.
· Initiate and get approval for incentives and activities designed specifically to increase the consultant count and therefore sales in her/his area of responsibility.
· Meet the monthly productivity requirements (activity, average order, number of shows) at or above the national average for new and existing consultants within her area of responsibility.
· Develop new markets through opportunity meetings and grass roots activities. Promote the PartyLite opportunity across the different Latino socio demographic groups.
· Partner with RVPs and Latino Leaders to develop sponsoring activities in the Latino market.
Report progress on a weekly basis to the head of the Latino development market. Make adjustments to plans and field initiatives if needed. Attend all quarterly review sessions with the head of the Latino development plan
