Requirements |
Ownership for all project deliverables for one or more IT projects within a larger program structure. Accountable to the PMO and overall program manager.
Accountable to maintain the day to day project plan and tasks for all project resources
Accountable for financial management and reconciliation of project planned and actual capital spends.
Provide daily, weekly and monthly project status, reporting, milestone tracking and communication across program and initiative teams.
Execute regular issue and risk management tracking processes including driving resolution of project issues and escalation of program issues to the PMO.
Significant IT project management experience with developing and implementing custom software solutions in the area of store systems (experience with XML integration using webMethods or similar middleware is a plus)
Significant experience managing IT development teams on custom development projects (on-shore and off-shore models)
Experience working on a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) integration project preferred (Oracle Siebel)
Polished communication skills and ability to communicate with multiple resources (Business management, IT resources, 3rd party vendors and off shore resources)
Retail experience in areas of store systems and/or Services (warranty, extended protection plans, CRM) management
Detailed experience managing MS Project 2007 Project Plans, experience with Project Web Access
