Description Job summaryLocation:Greer, SC, United States, North AmericaCareer Level:Mid Career (2+ years of experience)Education:Associates DegreeJob type:ContractPositions:1Salary:25.00-31.00Apply now E-mail to a friend Return to listBilingual Field Data Specialist-Job 1834About this jobMust be bilingual in German and English.The Bilingual Field Data Specialist provides administrative support for field data analysis and warranty tracking to Plant Spartanburg Product Engineering K department.Drives the activities related to specific problem overviews for the E7x and F25 projects by analyzing field data for trends by defect code clusters, markets, climatic conditions, options, parts etc. as requested. Present the results in the weekly PLT and Q meetings. Prepares daily warranty overviews for the problem owners to support gAMS business case by extracting data from GWK-info and PQM.Support s PV-QI and MQI's in preparing the monthly K, Module and PLT warranty overviews and moderates the module GWK meetings.Monitors critical issues to identify any adverse activity and immediately communicate any concerns to the PV'-QI and PV'.Reviews the data monthly to check the effectiveness of solutions and present the status in the PV-Q meetings.Liaise with the ML-V (Service) representatives regarding further information direct from dealers and for part return requests.Performs other duties as assigned by operations supervisor.This is a long term contract position with full time hours.Please contact Sherry Jordan for more informationDutiesQualifications:High School Diploma or GED equivalent. AA/AS degree in Business Administration/Office Management a plus.2+ years of administrative experience.
