You will be key in promoting a professional work environment, integral to FMIC''s performance-oriented culture.A typical day will include working with employees and managers at all levels of the organization. You''ll be the go-to person for questions about performance enhancement, problem resolution, company policy, benefits questions, training, and you will assist our Staffing department in the recruitment, selection and onboarding of new talent.
