Description

The Manager is to oversee and maintain Rosetta Stones Spanish language website (including content development and management, Q/A, implementation of new applications). Additionally, the manager is responsible for contributing to email marketing efforts, its social media accounts, website analytics and search optimization as it pertains to the U.S. Hispanic marketing segment. This position will coordinate all online U.S. Hispanic marketing projects with internal cross-functional teams (i.e., creative services, online marketing and webs strategy). This position has no direct-employee report. What you will be doing ' Work with the Director of U.S. Hispanic to develop online marketing and social media strategies. Oversee strategy and all project management for new U.S. Hispanic web design to launch in Q2 2013 while working closely with Web Strategy and IT, Sales and Marketing, and Product Development teams. Make recommendations using site analytics to optimize the website to meet Rosetta Stones U.S. Hispanic business goals and objectives. Collaborate with Creative Services and Web Design teams on final deliverables for website, landing pages, integrating content, etc. Review site content developed, including proofreading, fact checking, and editing site content to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of materials/assets. Create landing page request for online campaigns and optimize campaign performance. Use web analytics to report, evaluate, and improve/increase Rosetta Stones web presence in the Hispanic online market space. Works closely with our SEO Marketing coordinator to develop and implement plans to improve organic website visibility in Search Engines (SEO). Responsible for copy writing and concept development in coordination with Creative Services (display/banner and text ads, etc.) of all Spanish online marketing campaigns. Regular ad changes and updating other assets for every new Hispanic campaign. Track and report Spanish online campaign performance to achieve set goals. Aid in digital/mobile marketing plans to support Rosetta Stones online Hispanic marketing strategy Work with the Social Media team to determine high-level objectives as well as tactical executions and promotions for various social media platforms. Manage vendor relationships to optimize social media engagement. Establish new social media accounts where appropriate. Monitor social media account activity and coordinate with Director of U.S. Hispanic Marketing and external advertising agencies when appropriate. Work with the Database Marketing Manager to develop strategic plan for using weekly marketing e-mails to promote sales. Develop Spanish language e-mail content and creative design of e-mail campaigns. What you need to bring to the table ' Must be Spanish / English bilingual with strong writing and editing skills. B.A. or B.S. required in Marketing or related field. Well versed with the U.S. Hispanic online media landscape. 5 plus years relevant experience with online marketing and content management systems highly desired. Demonstrated experience with U. S. Hispanic online marketing campaigns as well as website management and strategy development. Experience working with a creative services team and external advertising and online media agencies. Familiar with mapping out scope and writing requirements for website development projects; working with developers; managing the development of website redesigns, upgrades, and additions; and testing new Website features Experience using Web analytics software; Google Analytics and/or Adobe SiteCatalyst highly desired Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices; experience optimizing Websites for organic search highly desired Experience implementing Paid Search Marketing (PPC); experience with Google AdWords highly desired. Experience implementing and analyzing marketing e-mail campaigns using a third-party e-mail service provider desired.
