Sodexo has an opportunity for a Senior Support Manager. This position will be virtual, requiring up to 100% travel. Successful candidates will have demonstrated ability to conduct due diligence at potential client locations to ascertain skills, FTE's, equipment and total cost of operations. Secondary to this is the ability to effectively and successfully start up and transition new sites to operational standards. Ability to communicate effectively and work with a team, while being self driven and able to work independently. Outstanding follow up skills and proven ability to bring projects in on time and on or under budget.
Must be proficient at all Microsoft Office applications, including Project Manager and Visio. Must be adept at understanding and learning additional software necessary for position.
Serves as a subject matter expert for the Division relating to plant operations maintenance (POM) services. Typically aligned with an SVP or VP and supports that geography. Ensures compliance with the Joint Commission on Accreditation of standards and other regulatory requirements, as well as with Sodexo's templates and standards for customer service. Works with operations constituents in areas relating to financial management, people management, account development, and account operations. Supports the implementation of new unit openings, including the development and administration of training plans. Supports the sales process by assisting with operations and costing analyses, and by providing technical support in the development of service proposals.
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 4 years of experience in related field
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
