QSAC is committed to assisting our consumers in becoming independent and productive members of their communities. We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist Evaluator (Bilingual Spanish) to work on an as-needed basis.Job Responsibilities:-Screen, assess, evaluate, diagnose and recommend services for students who exhibit a delay or disability in fine motor, sensory motor and/or adaptive functioning.-Must travel to In-home appointments throughout NYC to evaluate early intervention referred children.Work experience 2-3yearsSkill set Job Requirements:-Bachelor''s in Occupational Therapy, NYS License as an Occupational Therapist.-Proof of Identity(drivers license, birth certificate, Passport)-Proof of work Eligibility (social security card, Visa)-Clearance through state mandated Background Check-Current Medical with PPD-Proof of Liability/Malpractice Insurance-Proof of DOI Fingerprint Clearance-Proof of DOH Approval Letter-Evaluations-Resume-Sample ReportUpper salary range Commensurate with Experience
