We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist Evaluator (Bilingual Spanish) to work on an as-needed basis.Job Responsibilities:-Screen, assess, evaluate, diagnose and recommend services for students who exhibit a delay or disability in fine motor, sensory motor and/or adaptive functioning.-Must travel to In-home appointments throughout NYC to evaluate early intervention referred children.Work experience 2-3yearsSkill set Job Requirements:-Bachelor''s in Occupational Therapy, NYS License as an Occupational Therapist.-Proof of Identity(drivers license, birth certificate, Passport)-Proof of work Eligibility (social security card, Visa)-Clearance through state mandated Background Check-Current Medical with PPD-Proof of Liability/Malpractice Insurance-Proof of DOI Fingerprint Clearance-Proof of DOH Approval Letter-Evaluations-Resume-Sample ReportUpper salary range Commensurate with Experience
