JOB DESCRIPTION This job is accountable for qualifying, pipelining and hiring candidates that will fill Inceptures clients IT and Non-IT open positions. This is a highly leveraged commission position Build and grow Incepture products, services, and solutions to expand market share and increase company earnings: Provide recruiting services in response to client business needs, focusing on the companys growth and profit strategies Participate in the development of recruiting goals and tactical plans, and execute tactical plans to accomplish business objectives Utilize solution selling methodology for all stages of the recruiting process Achieve recruiting goals consistent with strategies and plans and report exceptions/progress in recruiting activities and business results Build and develop candidate base, and identify opportunities to increase candidate pool Maintain excellent documentation with the companys on-line system as well as hard files Participate in Job Fairs and other Marketing activities supporting the recruiting function Build, develop, and maintain strong partnerships with current and prospective candidates to enable quality customer service, increased business, and performance guarantees: Cultivate and close candidate prospects in a value-added, continuous relationship environment Develop and maintain strong relationships to meet candidates expectations and requirements and best serve the interest of Incepture Monitor and evaluate product and service performance to ensure candidate conservation and new recruitment opportunities: Work in collaboration with Finance, Human Resources and the candidate to develop appropriate processes and procedures for new contract hires: Identify alternative recruiting strategies and share this information with fellow team members; provide coaching for successful strategy application QUALIFICATIONS Experience recruiting in all skill sets, IT and Non-IT The candidate for this job must be comfortable, and preferably experienced, in working in a commission pay environment. Must be fluentlybilingual in Spanish and English Interpersonal skills A polished professional Communication skills (spoken and written) Relationship building skills (client and team) Multi-tasking abilities Required Skills Bi-lingual (Spanish & English), Recruiting experience in all skill sets in IT and Non-IT
