Description Bilingual Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative The Bilingual Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative will be based in the functionally reporting to the Divisional Sales Manager. To interact and develop relationships with customers/prospects through inside sales. Internal and External relationships: Frequent contact with members of the Sales teams to meet sales requirements. Frequent contact with the Business Team members where cooperation is needed to maintain operations. Frequent contact with the Logistics Team to ensure deliveries and to maintain inventory. Regular contact with all levels of site personnel and corporate personnel. Possess an in depth knowledge of customers products and their applications. Quotation preparation together with Sales Manager. Customer complaint resolution. Credit/Invoicing responsibilities. Contact customers to get feedback on products and services. Ability to handle pricing and quotation, order entry and maintenance with follow-up. Involvement in the budget for Inside Sales. B.S. degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience required. Must be strong and self-confident with a strong commitment to succeed. Manufacturing related experience preferred. International experiences a plus. At least three years of inside sales experience preferred. Must be able to train in Europe. SAP Experience strongly preferred Proficiency with MS Office applications Strong attention to detail Team Player Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Cultural Awareness Ability to work independently. Redirect priorities and resolve team conflicts as needed. Perform duties with limited direction and supervision from the Site Manager.
