Description Hours: Important: This position is strictly for a candidate who speaks Spanish. Major aerospace company is in immediate need of a Spanish/English bilingual customer service representative. Candidate need not have specific aerospace experience but an ability to be trained on the technical aspects of products. That knowledge will be used to process quotes and orders as well as answer technical questions related to the product. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative fulfills customer needs to insure customer satisfaction. They own the order from start to finish and work closely with the Sales and Marketing Department, Operations and other departments necessary to expedite open orders. This is a high level, sales oriented customer service position. It is not appropriate for candidates only experienced with high volume call centers.
