Our high energy sales agents must be Property and Casualty licensed and be required to use their sales skills to quoted and sell Auto Insurance offered through our client.The potential candidate will take inbound and outbound calls from potential customers, qualify and explain features, benefits and policies to the customer in hopes of enrolling.Full Time & Part-Time Shifts Available!!Shifts available Monday-Saturday anytime between the hours of 9:00am-9:00pm.Duties: ? Inbound & Outbound to and from prospective insurance customers, understand customer''s needs guide them through the on-line enrollment process.?Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks.?Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote application for insurance plans.?Enroll customers in plans and/or forward their call to the appropriate department for further assistance.Qualifications: ?Must be enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing?Able to communicate clearly and persuasively?Use scripts and other training materials as directed?Demonstrate exceptional customer service and sales skills? Must be able to multi-task and meet monthly goals?Excellent attendance?Highly motivated to succeed?2 yrs of P&C experience preferred but not required?Sales experience with E&O policies requiredEducation/Knowledge:?High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred?Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills (30 WPM)?Previous sales experience required?Licensed Property & Casualty preferred but not required.
