Description Description Summary of Position: DM Services, Inc. is seeking Bilingual indivuduals for collector positions. Responsibilities for collectors include: -Reviewing customer credit history in relation to new orders and collecting past due account balances for a variety of catalog customers. -Employyes access the computer system to generate individual customer past due accounts that have been assigned by the credit Supervisor by entering collector identification number. -They also access multiple screens of information in the computer system and read and interpret the information contained on the credit collectors computer screen to learn the current status of the customers account. Skills Required: Must be able to speak, read and write Spanish and English Desired Skills: Customer service Data entry experience Typing Company provides: Flexible scheduling between the hours of 12p to 12am Monday through Friday. The pay for Bilingual Collectors is $11.00. There is also a $.50 cent shift premium for any hours worked after 3pm. Must be 16 years old to apply.
