As a PNC Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a successful and growing retail banking organization, one with approximately 5.7 million retail customers and 2,500 branch offices in 15 states and the District of Columbia. Based in Columbus, Ohio, you will be a part of one of the leading call-center organizations in the United States. PNC's Call Center includes over 2,0 call-center professionals that work with the industry's best systems, handling close to 3 million customer interactions every month. The Bilingual Customer Service Representativeprovides routine service support to PNC customers (Spanish and English) who initiate contact with the Retail Call Center, which may involve questions regarding products, online directions, and their account/s. This position communicates directly with customers, as well as internal and external service partners, to effectively resolve issues, questions, and service requests. The Representative utilizes skills and expertise to execute various service and sale processes through defined procedures, established policies, and their own robust knowledge base. This position is responsible for customer satisfaction and retention through accurate and thorough processing, efficient problem solving resolution, and effective service partner assistance.
