You'll also help strengthen Target's relationships with millions of guests and store team members by providing a fast, fun and friendly contact experience. Provides Target brand interactions to accountholders and a branded experience to Target guests related to credit services, debit and credit authorizations. Efficiently and effectively handle volume of calls with high quality and professionalism, while achieving performance and service goals. About This Opportunity Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals. As a call center agent, provide Target branded interactions with credit accountholders by treating them with respect and appreciation, displaying courtesy and friendliness, recognizing various accountholder segments and providing workable solutions. Responsible for clearly understanding and abiding by all credit policies and procedures, account payment terms, billing/collection systems and various state and federal laws, rules and regulations governing credit. Manage inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism. Appropriately establish relationships with guests by making strong connections and adding unexpected value to each guest experience in order to enhance and deepen guest relationships, drive guest loyalty and increase sales.
