Description |
Responsibility Description
Create and drive brand strategy with focus on the Hispanic/Latino markets throughout all levels of the organization
Own the development and execution of Hispanic/Latino marketing initiatives including: programs, innovation, media, digital, multicultural, and Better World initiatives.
Work closely with Brand teams and manage stakeholders to achieve overall brand strategies
Position the brand strategically for profitable growth and overall success within the market in order to be the biggest beer leader in the industry.
Develop all creative briefs that align with brand strategy and value based brand proposition for all creative projects.
Manage the creative process including approvals up to VP of Marketing for all mediums (television, radio, print, outdoor, digital, stadium signage).
Manage agency of record relationships for brand team.
Manage budget for execution of entire brand plan.

Requirements |
Requirement Description
Degree Required, MBA preferred
3-5 years of marketing and brand management experience; CPG or relevant alcoholic beverage experience preferred
Hispanic/Latino Marketing experience preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Strong strategic, analytic, financial and consumer research skills
Beer/alcohol beverage industry knowledge
