Description |
The Transitional Living Program is a closed referral program funded by the Department of Children and Families. TLP is a residential service for young women and their children which includes: individual and group counseling; individualized case management services; independent living skills; parenting skills assessment and education; educational and job training services; medical, dental, and day care referrals; recreational programming, housing search and aftercare support. Through these services and community resources, this program offers clients an opportunity to become self-sufficient.
Job Description:
TLP, a residential program for adolescent mothers and their children, is in need of a part time residential counselor. Duties include, monitoring clients, administrative duties and light household tasks.
This relief position is looking to cover a variety of shifts:
First, awake over-night and weekend.
Shift times are: 1st shift/8am-4pm,
2nd shift/4pm-12am, 3rd shift/11:50 pm- 8:00 am

Requirements |
Entrance Requirements:
? High School Diploma required
? Valid driver's license and auto insurance
? Experience with adolescents and young children, a plus
? Attend mandatory staff meeting every other Monday from 5 - 7 p.m.
