Description

American Process, a growing Atlanta based company specializing in the development of technologies for the commercial production of sugars and ethanol from biomass, is seeking a bilingual (English/Portuguese) Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and experience and will be comfortable frequently switching between tasks as necessary. 

Duties

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering Phones and Greeting Visitors
  • Filing
  • Scheduling
  • Assisting with various projects
  • Preparing requests for quotations, contacting vendors, summarizing vendor’s offers.
  • Preparing purchase orders
  • Updating project data base documentation (Change Order, etc.)
  • Other tasks as needed

Seeking candidates for an anticipated start date of  May 1st



Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese
  • 2+ years office experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Some college preferred
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • Office and administrative skills required with strong proficiency in:
    • Word
    • Excel 
    • PowerPoint 
    • Outlook
