Yuma Regional Medical Center is a 369 bed hospital and growing. Sodexo manages multiples services for the client. In Patient Transport department the manager is responsible for 32 employees performance, training and development as well as the annual performance evaluations. Prior experience managing a patient transport department is preferred.

Provides oversight and management for two or more of the following services: Transport, Concierge and/or Service Response Center (SRC). Ensures systems and standards equity for all automated systems. Assumes Operations Mgr/GMs responsibility and authority in his/her absence.. Hires and trains unit personnel.
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in functional areas such as call center technology, computer applications, process improvement, or related areas
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
