Bilingual Advanced Service Coordinator (USA)-734645DescriptionJob Function- Provide quality customer service in inbound Spanish Queue.- Respond to all lines of business customer issues in GCS, OLB, Bill Pay and TechJob Responsibilities- Agents will be responsible for Spanish Queue Service levels.- Agents will be responsible for ensuring compliance to policies and procedures- Agent must be very self managed.- Volume will consist of 80% GCS inquiries and 20% otherSkills and Abilities- The ability to clearly communicate in a clear and concise manner in Spanish and English.- Strong attention to detail- Flexibility in scheduling- Investigative skills- Follow policy and procedures- Work independently and in a team setting- Work in a professional manner- Process high volumes in a timely manner- Customer service oriented- Ability to empathize and connect with customer- Ability to multi-task- Must be able to perform to full potential with little to no supervisionHours:Monday - Saturday (7A-8P) - Schedules will varyQualificationsBasic Qualifications- Bilingual in Spanish and English- High school Diploma, GED or equivalent- 6 months experience in a customer service or call center environmentPreferred Qualifications-- 3 years of experience in a customer contact environment- 12 months of continuous work with one employer- 2 years of telesales experience- 6 months previous banking experience- 6 months previous Call Center Experience- Associates or Bachelors Degree- Proficiency with all Microsoft applicationsAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employmentauthorization for this position.No agencies please.
