Our client, novem car interior design gmbh, is a global system supplier of high class body trims and decorative functional components for automotive interiors, covering the premium, middle and sportive segment. Since its establishment in 1947, novem has become one of the most significant suppliers and counts worldwide with 4.700 collaborators distributed among 10 subsidiaries, settled in Europe, Asia and America. Our client also occupies a leadership market role concerning the application of aluminum, carbon, premium syntheticals and leather.
In the NAFTA region novem is represented by its subsidiaries in Atlanta (USA), Querétaro (Mexico) and Tegucigalpa (Honduras). In order to maintain as well as to further develop the success of our client, we seek a collaborator for the location of Querétaro, adequate at the required personality and competence level to fulfill the role of:

Tasks involved
Responsible for the financial function in the overall NAFTA region, i.e. concerning the production plants in Atlanta, Querétaro and Tegucigalpa.
Accountable for the coordination of yearly budgeting processes, for the reporting of monthly, quarterly and yearly results, and for the operational business entailing the disposition of financial resources.
Leading professional analysis and optimization of profitability levels with focus on particular clients and platforms. You will set up a sophisticated and efficient management of working capital, along with asset and foreign capital management.
The tasks also entail the preparation of standard and ad-hoc reports, with sustainable impact on strategic decision making processes, always guaranteeing the mandatory requirements and a proactive support to the Managing Director NAFTA and the further management team.
Requirements
Degree in Business Management and/or Economics, further qualifications as Accountant (ACA, CIMA) are a plus.
Solid professional experience, in a leading role in Accounting, Finance or Controlling at an international company, ideally in the automotive sector.
Excellent knowledge of SAP (FI, CO).
Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
Excellent communicator and presenter, fluent in Spanish and English (a Must!).
Driven by your high expectations and managerial skills, you are a high-achiever able to strongly impact on environments of various structures.
You'll be based in Querétaro and travelling frequently to the subsidiaries in Atlanta and Tegucigalpa.
