Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 of Food Service for our corporate services located in the suburbs of Phoenix, AZ . Exciting multi service restaurant operation with cutting edge customer base in high tech company. Opens 7 days a week offering a full services café, in office coffee services and high volume of catering. Come and join our Team!

Main responsibility are the day to day operation, this role will supervise Sodexo employees, must follow Sodexo programs, standard food safety policies & P&L account. Food and labor cost control, exceptional customer service, leadership skills and marketing strategy; also this role will ensure culinary standards and will collaborates with the Area District Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate must be customer services oriented, Strong guest relation skills an absolute must, strong communication skills and professional; Should have about 5-7 years of exp in Food Services Management; Strong culinary & catering background is highly desired.

Must be able to act as a true restaurateur to create and develop innovative and top trend programs, events and solutions. The unit does have some extended operational shifts that are overseen by supervisory team. Multiple service venues and programs on site to include maintaining client employee break areas as well as catering and special events. We're excited to find just the right individual that has a proven record of cutting edge skills in experience in these areas.

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 4 years
