This individual must serve as a contributing member of the Service team while championing Stryker's Vision, romise and Mission.Individual Responsibilities:. Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation. Responsible to live and drive Stryker's five success factors: Quality First, Customer Experience, Innovation, People Development, and Financial ResultsFunctional Responsibilities:In-house service & technical support:. Respond to all incoming calls, pages, e-mails and voice mails in a timely and professional manner, providing new and existing product information to customers using knowledge of products, tooling, and documentation. Answer technical calls on all Stryker's products; beds, stretchers, furniture, camera systems & surgical instrumentation. Coordinate problem resolution with appropriate departments/divisions. Provide administrative support for field service repair co-ordination. Provide support for demo/loaner repairs and help prepare products for evaluations/shows. Perform Quality Control Inspections on equipment after repair. Perform routine functions checks on demo/consignment/loaner equipment. Work with territory managers and other technicians to ensure customer satisfaction. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs when needed whether in-house or onsite. Provide clients with technical training when needed whether in-house or onsite. Assist local technicians with some repairs, installations and deliveries when neededField service & support:. Provide effective, proficient, and timely service and repairs to all customers in direct support of the sales team to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. Adhere to account protocols. Responsible for fault isolation and maintenance of equipment at account locations. Promote Stryker's business by recognizing opportunities to fulfill additional customer needs and communicating with the appropriate Stryker personnel for follow up. Provide post sale in servicing on equipment operation and maintenance. Perform warranty, upgrades, field actions, preventative maintenance, installations, deliveries billable or any other related services required by a client.. Follow all administrative duties in a very accurate and timely manner, assist in the development of new service procedures, provide new product information to customers.
