Achieving revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in form of sales leads/downloads) and provided solutions for their network management needs. Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, channel co-ordination and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.Location:This position will work out of the Lehi, UT office. ** Ability to communicate effectively and professional in Spanish (oral and written) is required **Responsibilities:The ISR will:* Responding to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail, assisting potential customer during their evaluation process, creating quotes and new customer accounts, and closing Sales in Latin-American Market. * Keeping management informed by submitting accurate and timely activity and results reports on a weekly basis and providing sales performance information on a weekly basis * Maintaining accurate customer and potential customer records in the CRM tool * Conducting product demonstrations via the internet to potential customers audiences that are both technical and non-technical * Availability to work during North American Holidays * Other duties assignedQualifications: * Passion for selling to Latin-American Countries * Demonstrated sales success against quota in the Latin-American Market * Experience Selling Software in Spanish Portuguese is a PLUS * Knowledge of networking and computer technology a PLUS * Ability to communicate effectively and professional in Spanish (oral and written).
