Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Housekeeping General Manager 2 Virtua Health, Berlin Division, in Berlin, New Jersey.The General Manager will be responsible for all financials, budget preparation, benchmark development, strategic planning and employee training programs. The General Manager will also be responsible for building strong relationships throughout the facility with hospital senior leaders, department heads, nursing management and environmental services staff. Directs all housekeeping operations at a single unit. Supervises all cleaning personnel. Responsible for maintaining payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
Basic Education Requirement - Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
