22771- Sodexo Senior Living -- S eeking a General Manager (II) / Food Director of Dining Services for a Potential Sale in Holyoke, MA. This is an 80 Resident Skilled Nursing and 48 Resident Adult Day Care Facility. Position manages: a budget of approx. 1 Million in financial volume, 18 hourly employees, the CARES, HACCP and Safety Programs, Regulatory Compliance, and the employee training programs. Ideal candidate has: a College Degree / Trade School Certificate, a Servsafe Certificate, Healthcare / Long Term Care experience,
regulatory compliance knowledge for this environment, dynamic communication and leadership skills to work with employees on exceeding Client and Resident expectations, the ability to build strong customer service relationships, hands on culinary and food production knowledge, computer skills to work in food and labor management systems, and experience working as a member of an interdisciplinary team. Schedule may vary and may include some weekend / holiday management coverage based on the events at the account as well as
