Sodexo is seeking a Environmental Services / Housekeeping Manager 1 for Kennedy Health, Stratford Division, located in Stratford, New Jersey. In this role you will be responsible for the following (including but not limited to) quality assurance inspections, staff training, payroll, scheduling, rounding, patient / customer satisfaction, and safety audits. This position is flexible hours and days, with some rotational weekends and holidays.This position reports directly to an Operations Manager on - site. Come join a winning team with Sodexo.
Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to GM or Ops Manager.
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
