Bilingual Marketing Communications Manager Provides support and assistance in marketing and communications areas including market research, traditional and new media advertising, corporate communications, digital presence, public relations and bank product offerings by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for establishing strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services. Plans and oversees execution of promotional activities including print, electronic media (e.g. internet, social media), trade show, direct mail, point-of-purchase displays, and signage. Negotiates contract terms with outside agencies and suppliers. Communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns. Develops, produces, and distributes promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs. Analyzes marketing programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness. Plans and conducts market research to identify opportunities for increased sales. Maintains customer database and approves the use of internal and external mailing lists. Reviews analysis of marketing surveys on current and new product concepts in order to recommend future product development. Provides post-event reports, analysis, and regular status reports on marketing programs. Plans, promotes, and executes sales meetings, community and goodwill events. Establishes and maintains consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events. Responsible for creating materials used for professional communications such as annual report, internal training, shareholder communications, etc. Responsible for creating and managing various multimedia assets Responsible for Legend Banks digital presence- Website content management and design, social media content creation and design of custom apps. Coordinate regular employee communications and produce corporate culture pieces. Knowledge and Experience Required: Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Economics, Marketing, or Public Relations required. Bilingual preferred. Graphic Design and Copywriting Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection Proficient in HTML and CSS Knowledge of print process and file formats
