Sodexo is currently seeking a General Manager to support our food service operations at a Sr. Living facility located in Stanwood, WA. Reporting directly to the Area General Manager, this position will oversee a team of 25-30 and will have full GM level oversight for all back of the house and front of the house operations including client relationships, financial oversight, training and development and driving change to achieve optimum client and customer satisfaction. Our selected candidate will be a visionary and innovative leader with the ability to successfully lead through change. Exceptional communication skills and solid financial acumen will be required. The ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic and ever changing environment is a must. A Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) designation or the ability to attain a CDM within one year will be required. Culinary leadership experience is a plus.
