POSITION SUMMARY The Inside Sales Executive will directly impact the continued growth of the company. The position is responsible for growing sales through solid customer relationship building and outbound calling for lead generation throughout Latin America. This position needs an innovative thinker who is devoted to continuous improvement and loves to win! PRINCIPAL DUTIESANDRESPONSIBLITIES * Develops the lead generation marketing material, sales elevator pitch and supporting call scripts. * Aggressively grows account base through outbound calling prospective client lists and by creatively identifying new customers and channels * Creates opportunity for new business relationships through listening, research, creative thinking and personal initiative * Maintains a high degree of ethical behavior in all aspects of daily business including relationships with customers and co-workers * Manages and organizes a high level of productivity through the effective use of all available resources including email, phone and database systems * Maintains excellent customer relations at all times * Develops and implements short and long-term plans to meet and exceed sales goals QUALIFICATIONS * Verifiable track record of success in growing sales via outbound calls * Must be exceptionally customer-focused; willing to find creative ways to network within existing clients and build customer base * Must be persistent, tenacious, and proactive * High energy self-starter; brings energy and enthusiasm to the team * Outstanding communication, customer service and presentation skills * Must be able to articulate features and benefits and present a professional business manner over the phone and in-person * Must be able to provide the highest-level of customer service to new and existing clients * Proactive troubleshooting, listening and problem-solving skills * Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multi-task * Ability to interact with a diverse population of franchise and small business owners * BA/ BS degree or similar work experience * Bilingual Spanish COMPENSATION Competitive compensation package including an attractive salary, comprehensive benefits package and potential for annual bonuses.
