Description Summary of Position: DM Services, Inc. is seeking Bilingual individuals for credit specialist positions. Responsibilities for credit specialists include: - Maintaining positive customer relations while answering incoming phone calls. - Addressing various types of customer inquiries and concerns pertaining to recent orders, account information and credit status. - Access multiple screens of information in the computer system - Answers customer questions about accounts receivables, and address any customer concerns. Skills Required: Must be able to speak, read and write Spanish and English Desired Skills: Customer service Data entry experience Typing Company provides: Flexible scheduling between the hours of 12p to 12am Monday through Friday. The pay for Bilingual Credit Specialists is $10.25 per hour. There is also a $.50 cent shift premium for any hours worked after 3pm. Must be 16 years old to apply. Requirements Must be available to work: -A minimum of 20 hours per week (Monday-Friday) -Year round (not a seasonal position)
