Vinfen supports thousands of adolescents and adults with psychiatric, developmental, and behavioral disabilities at more than 300 sites with 2,0 employees in eastern Massachusetts and Connecticut. We are looking for a compassionate, caring, dynamic Administrative Assistant to implement clerical and administrative systems to support Community Based Flexible Supports (CBFS) staff in maintaining their productivity and focus on helping CBFS clients. To succeed in this role you will have bilingual Spanish/English skills, strong organizational, administrative and Microsoft office and general computers skills along with 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role. A bachelors degree preferred, but experience may substitute for education. Candidates for this position must be at least 21 years of age and have held a valid US drivers license for a minimum of 1 year and be able to satisfactorily pass both a driving check and a CORI check.
