May assess needs and suggest/promote alternative products or services.EDUCATION: High school diploma/GED or equivalent.EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of related customer service experience.Requires general understanding of the organization, products and/or services; proficient computer software skills; and good communication skills, written and verbal.Fluency in both English and Spanish are required, as position supports the Spanish Service Desk.
