Retail Marketing Manager
Responsible for driving traffic to the stores by creating and executing events, developing Cabela's presence at off-site expos, sport shows, shooting and fishing events and increasing public awareness of the company through press releases and media events. Individual will develop relationships with local outdoor writers and personalities, developing and distributing press releases to promote events, and maintaining a database of local media.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 2 years event coordination experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Knowledge of marketing and promotion practices
Knowledge of company products, policies and procedures
Proficiency with computers and various office equipment
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple projects
