PSYCHIATRIC SOCIAL WORKER II - LCSW

San Mateo Medical Center is seeking an experienced, Spanish-speaking Psychiatric Social Worker II to provide specialized psychosocial assessment, casework counseling, social work services and therapy services to older adults in the Ron Robinson Senior Care Center.

The Ron Robinson Senior Care Center offers services to individuals over the age of 65 in the areas of geriatric and internal medicine, psychiatry, psychology, social work and nursing services through the work of our interdisciplinary team. Core services are provided at the Medical Center campus in San Mateo with a satellite clinic in Daly City. Over 14,000 visits are provided each year to seniors in San Mateo County.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience providing case management and social work services to older adults with complex health, mental health and psychological issues. To qualify, candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. A Master's degree in Social Work, Social Welfare or a closely related field is desired.
