Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Housekeeping Manager 1 for Virtua Health System, Virtua Memorial Hospital Division, located in Mt. Holly, New Jersey. In this role you will be responsible for the following (including but not limited to) quality assurance inspections, staff training, payroll, scheduling, rounding, patient / customer satisfaction, and safety audits. This is a 1st shift position. This position with require some rotational weekends and holidays. This position reports directly to a Operations Manager on-site. Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, QA training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to GM or Ops Manager.
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
